Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

 

Our Studio has a standard 30 day return policy from purchase date. Items returned after the 30 day period, are not eligible for a refund.

Items returned must be in original condition with no signs of wear, original packaging, and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

To return an item, please email returns@sanchestudio.com.

Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted for items 30 days after purchase date. Please email shipping@sanchestudio.com and a return label will be emailed to you.
